Putting it out there: Prestige Tours

Moving to Fernie has opened a few doors for me, including a few new clients, and one of them is a snowmobile tours company. They promised me a free tour in the spring...so I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

This isn't a typical Brina design but sometimes you gotta do what the client wants...and the client wanted excitement for snowmobiling..so I tried!

Silver Accolade for BSD

Last night we learned something extremely fun. We found out that Blue Skies & Daisies is a winner!!

Now it sounds really big time, and it is, but I don't want you to ever feel intimidated by us. This achievement can change our lives in ways we never thought would happen, but we want to remember our friends...our little people.

So here it is: The American Design Awards gave blueskiesanddaisies.com a silver for the monthly design contest of May, 2008. I KNOW!!! I KNOW!!!

Here's the deal, we submitted our blue skies and daisies' website link in may and I guess the judges take all the sites and give them a score. Anyone over 70 is a winner. Out of the 768 submitted websites, only 31 received the honour of being mentioned on their winners page (woohoo!) So if you divide 768 to the total winnners and try...to...get a percentage...carry the 9...768 divided by 31...or 31 divided by 768...or do you...um...well let me tell you, we're winners and that's cool.
